To mark National Homelessness Prevention Week (August 3-9), The Footpath Library has teamed up with Promise or Pay to take on the Nice Bucket Challenge. Simply sign up and make a promise to do at least one nice thing for someone else once a week during the month of August. It doesn’t have to be a big gesture and you can do it anywhere and for anyone. Keep your promise and you will be helping others – break it and your donation will be going to support the Library and its great work.
You can also share your kind acts on social media with the hashtags #nicebucketchallenge #promiseorpay #thefootpathlibrary and post a picture to the Promise or Pay Facebook page for a chance to win a $100 book pack.
